Terminology

• Distributor/Affiliate – someone who has signed up to sell/purchaseAlivamax products at wholesale prices.
• Rank qualification – is based on your group volume from the people you sponsor and the people they sponsor.
• Active – Means that a distributor must generate a minimum of 15 PV during a calendar month.
• Personal enrollment legs – Each personal enrollment leg represents somebody that you have personally sponsored into Alivamax Worldwide. Sponsor one person you have one personal enrollment leg, sponsor 20 people you have 20 personally enrolled legs in your sponsor tree.
• BV – Means the commissionable volume for example – Alivamax Skin Serum = 50 BV
• Volume – Volume created by the group
• Star ranking advancement includes volume created by all orders.

• Earn 30% commission based on the BV of the product. Example: Enerjetics is 50 BV. 50 BV x 30% = $15.00 commission.
• You will receive 60% of the product BV as your personal volume (PV). Example: Enerjetics is 50 BV. 50 BV x 60% = 30 PV
• Retail Commissions are paid every month.

• 1 Star – 20% of the pool is distributed equally amongst each 1,2,3,4,5 Star Distributor
• 2 Star – 20% of the pool is distributed equally amongst each 2,3,4,5 star Distributor.
• 3 Star – 20% of the pool is distributed equally amongst each 3,4,5 Star Distributor.
• 4 Star – 20% of the pool is distributed equally amongst each 4,5 Star Distributor.
• 5 Star – 20% of the pool is distributed equally amongst each 5 Star Distributor.

NOTE: Does not include the initial order placed by new distributors in which a fast start bonus has been paid.

On top of the commissions earned monthly, distributors also earn 100% matching bonus based on the matrix commissions of everyone they personally enroll and all of those distributor’s enrollments with the industry-leading 10 generations deep!

Distributors will match the matrix commissions of all of their personally enrolled members 100%. For example, if a distributor personally enrolls 10 people who each are earning $500 in their personal matrix, that distributor would match 10 x $500 which would add an additional $5,000 per month to their earnings, on TOP of all other earnings coming from their personal matrix, fast start bonuses, and monthly bonus pools.

NOTE: Matching Bonus does not include the initial order placed by new distributors.

With just 15BV per month to maintain qualification, distributors can earn on 6 levels without any enrollment requirements whatsoever.

The following example is based on 50 CV orders.

• Alivamax pays out 70% commission on the initial orders placed by new distributors.
• When you enroll one or more new distributors, you earn a 50% commission on the first order.
• As your business grows, you will earn weekly Fast Start Commissions up to 5 generations.

1. Join Alivamax with an autoship order of at least $50. You will get reimbursed ($50) from your sponsor. You PROMISE to do the same for at least three people that you’ll sponsor into your Alivamax business in the next month.
2. Find your first three Alivamax reps. Send them $50 each ($150 total), earn $75 as fast start commission. You are now a 1-star Rep!
3. Teach those three to do the same. You now have 9 on your 2nd level. You are now a 2-star Rep!
4. Help them teach their three to do the same. You now have 27 on your 3rd level.
5. Upgrade to Alivamax Members PLUS for $300.
6. When your first three complete step 4, have them upgrade to Alivamax Members PLUS. You earn $62.50 from each ($187.50 total)
7. When each of their first three (your nine 2nd level reps) upgrade, you earn $562.50 total.
8. When the 27 reps on your 3rd level upgrade, you’ll earn $1687.50. (Monthly residual in JUST this part of the compensation plan will be $2437.50!)
9. Start over at Step 2 with another 1-2 reps a month!
